Summary of Benefits
- We supply books at a 40% discount on RRP to wholesale customers.
- We offer free standard shipping on original wholesale orders (which excludes returns) for all orders over $300. Orders under $300 will incur shipping charges.
- In the unlikely event you goods arrive damaged, we must receive notification within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
- Payment must be received within 30 days from the end of the month from invoice date via EFT
- Please read our full terms and conditions (below) before submitting completed wholesale application form.
Please note: To be eligible for a wholesale account, first order must be a minimum of $300.
Full Terms & Conditions
1. TERMS OF TRADE
a) Payment for all orders are due and payable in full within 30 days from the end of the month from invoice date (i.e. payment must be received by alyce alexandra before the end of the month following the month of invoice).
b) All goods supplied by alyce alexandra will remain the property of alyce alexandra until paid for.
c) Interest charges of 2% of the outstanding balance of the order will be charged per month on all overdue payments.
d) No new orders will be processed while that customer has overdue invoices.
2. DAMAGED CLAIMS
a) The customer must notify alyce alexandra, in writing, of any damaged goods within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
b) Goods are taken to have been received at the time specified by the nominated handler.
c) All claims of damaged goods must be made in writing, including invoice/receipt number and include a clear photograph of the alleged damage.
d) alyce alexandra may request you return damaged goods at our cost, or alternatively request damaged goods be destroyed by you. Failure to do so will result in no credit received for damaged goods.
e) Once accepted, damaged goods will be credited to current invoice and a new invoice will be issued.
a) Requests for goods to be returned to alyce alexandra will be approved within 45 days of customer accepting delivery of goods. Once 45 days has passed, it is an irrevocable presumption that it is the customer’s intention to keep those goods.
b) All return requests must:
i. Be made in writing to alyce alexandra including invoice/receipt number
ii. Be approved by alyce alexandra, who will provide a Returns Form
c) All returned goods must:
i. Include a completed copy of the Returns Form
ii. Arrive in mint, re-saleable condition back to alyce alexandra. Should goods not return in re-saleable condition then there will be no credit given.
d) Returns are only valid for 30 days after they are approved; goods must be returned in this time otherwise the approval is void and the goods will not be accepted.
e) All costs incurred in returning goods to alyce alexandra will be paid for by customer.
f) Any delivery costs paid by customer will not be refunded or credited for returned orders.
g) Once accepted, returned goods will be credited to current invoice and a new invoice will be issued once goods are received and processed by alyce alexandra.

b) For orders that require special delivery options (such as express delivery), all shipping costs will be incurred by the customer as calculated by Australia Post.

b) alyce alexandra reserves the right to alter this discount at any time, without qualification.
